How to Review Previous Encounters

To view previously saved notes (that have not been deleted), click the three bars on the top right of Cerebrum and navigate to Encounter History.

Your notes will be organized into two categories:

• Unreviewed: Notes that have not yet been marked as reviewed.
• Reviewed: Notes that have been marked as reviewed.

If you know the name of the encounter, use the search bar to quickly find it.

Notes are sorted by the time the encounter started, with the oldest at the top. You can also sort by date or name in descending or ascending order.

Note: Notes are stored for 48 hours by default and will be automatically deleted after that period. If you would like this to be extended to 28 days, please contact your Cerebrum support team to request the change.

Available Actions

For both Unreviewed and Reviewed encounters, you can:

• Open a Note: Click on a note to view and edit it (if it has not already been reviewed).
• Delete a Note: Click the trash can icon to delete. A confirmation popup will appear.
• Copy a Reviewed Note: For reviewed notes, you can copy the full content without opening the note by clicking the Copy button.
