Ocean eReferral is a digital referral platform created to make the referral process more efficient and secure. It facilitates seamless communication between primary care providers and specialists by allowing referrals to be transmitted electronically. Widely implemented across Ontario, eReferral helps enhance care coordination and simplifies the referral journey for both healthcare professionals and patients.

Cerebrum EMR offers full integration with Ocean eReferral, enabling users to manage referrals smoothly within their current system.

Onboarding Instructions

To begin the onboarding process and enable Ocean eReferral within your Cerebrum EMR, please click the link below to submit your request to our team.

Important Notes

Please review the following scenarios to ensure a smooth onboarding process:

• If you already have an Ocean Site ID:
  When completing the onboarding form, please include your existing Ocean Site ID in the designated field. This will allow the onboarding team to connect your current Ocean setup with Cerebrum seamlessly.
• If you do not have an Ocean Site ID:
  You must first complete the registration and onboarding process directly with Ocean to receive your unique Site ID. Once you have obtained your Site ID, you can return to our onboarding form to integrate Ocean eReferral with Cerebrum.
