Connecting Ontario

ConnectingOntario plays a key role in the provincial Electronic Health Record (EHR) by enabling healthcare organizations to both view and contribute patient information. Through tools such as the Clinical Viewer, providers can access comprehensive patient data, while also contributing information to shared repositories. This supports a unified, province-wide system that facilitates timely, informed care decisions across Ontario.
